70 year old couple returning to Japan

Great business style hotel good breakfast both Japanese and international vending machine and ice machine on each floor mini fridge in room along with kettle and hairdryer.
Staff super friendly and helpful baggage forwarding service easy to use and staff only to happy to assist.

The hotel is very centrally located. Both to the subway and the Tokyo central station for JR and Shinkansen lines.
Overall the cleanliness was good, the staff do not make the beds each day, but you do get fresh towels and pyjamas. The bathroom was a bit dirty, with mark, spots and dust on the ceiling. Quiet rooms with blackout curtains.
Breakfast was very good, a mix of Japanese and western options. The lobby has amenities that you can take as needed. This was a very practical solution.
There is a laundry room that costs ¥600 to wash and ¥100 per 10 minutes in the dryers.
Staff were very kind and helpful. They organised our bag transfer to Hokkaido and even called the hotel to let them know.
Overall for the price, we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Great central location
The triple room was renovated but the washroom itself was not.
Cleaning could be better as there was still hair and odor when we returned for the day.

We only stayed a night, but the location was great, room was small but in Ginza you can’t expect much else. It was clean but the room, especially the bathroom felt slightly dated

Very good location. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast there was a large variety of food.
Very clean and fast check in service.
