I needed a last-minute room for one night in the Ginza area before my flight out of Haneda with easy in/out using the train/subway. I took a chance. Staff were friendly & welcoming and even offered a variety of Japanese masks & beauty products at check-in. The room size was more than ample for one with a desk, small refrigerator, closet with still more room for my luggage and enough plugs to charge my electronics. Everything was sparkling clean. The bed, pjs, linens and towels were all very nice quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. There seemed to be lots of families staying here. Great location. I walked every where. Room 1256 was located away from the elevator and was very quiet. I loved the cold aircon! Family-Mart was right across the street and the 3-level Starbucks Reserve around the corner was a lovely surprise. Thank you!

The hotel gives you a nostalgic feeling. Classic & well decorated. The bathroom is big compared to typical hotels in Japan. Perhaps I could suggest is to have a laundry room for guests.

This hotel is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. The rooms need to be upgraded. The furniture seemed to be old and worn out. The lobby area seemed to be very rustic.

Room was clean and spacious enough to accomodate 2 suitcases with space to walk around. Convenient to travel from Haneda airport by train, easy walk to lots of great shopping and food around Ginza

Shops and restaurants are nearby (including Family Mart/7Eleven). Nice location. Located in a quiet part of Ginza.
