"We just finished an amazing 4-night stay at the Marunouchi Hotel and couldn’t be happier. The location is unbeatable, right across from Tokyo Station, making it so easy to explore the city. Our room had a breathtaking view of the station and the iconic red-brick building—watching the Shinkansen glide in was a highlight. The in-room amenities were excellent, including high-quality toiletries and cozy nightwear. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Truly a refined and peaceful sanctuary in a busy city!"

Great location next to Tokyo Station and close to shopping and restaurant areas. Hotel staff friendly. Basic room on the small side - ok for one person with large suitcase but room size on the small side if you would be with two persons and two large suitcases. Have been in this hotel many times and would come back again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We wanted a hotel with a convenient location and relatively comfortable rooms. It had both, and the staff were very kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Marvelous Stay at the Marunouchi Hotel
We had an amazing stay at the Marunouchi Hotel. The rooms feature fantastic natural light and offer an impressive view of Tokyo Station. The location couldn’t be better—being right above the station is a huge plus, especially when it's rainy or hot outside.
The rooms are exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Every detail has been accounted for, from the comfortable bed, pillows, and linens, to the spotless bathroom stocked with everything you might need. They even provide plush slippers and bathrobes, which I made sure to use each day.
We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning of our stay, loving the variety of offerings each day. It’s clear that the entire restaurant staff prides itself in the quality of their work, putting great effort into each dish, juice, pastry, etc. and how each is displayed and served.
Lastly, the service at every level of the hotel is what sets the Marunouchi Hotel apart. Every member of the staff treats you with warmth and consideration, especially the Deputy Manager Saido Sato. Not only did he offer fantastic dining and sightseeing recommendations, but he also cared deeply about our overall experience in Tokyo. We looked forward to seeing Saido each day and felt he went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing visit by making pleasant conversation, helping us forward our luggage on to Kyoto while also storing some luggage while we were away, and even tracking down one of the hotel’s amazing pillows for me to purchase before checking out - a testament to the hotel’s pillows, but more importantly, the level of service at the Marunouchi Hotel.
Our stay was truly remarkable, and we will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Tokyo!
