The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. The laundry facilities were decent. However, we needed to use the dryer a few times and the clothes were still damp. They exchanged our towels everyday. We enjoyed their tea and kettle. The beds were also comfy. We very much enjoyed our stay in a more quiet part of Tokyo.

The location is good and the room was spacious and tidy. The floor was dirty as the outsole of my slippers got dirty quickly. The windows were not well-fitted so very crafty.

Very clean and lovely design, with spacious room for all our luggages and stuff. Reasonably price as well!
Great location just 2 mins walk from the station. Will definitely recommend here!

Friendly staff and good value for money, decent location near Nippori for connections to Shinkansen at Ueno and to Narita Airport. Recommended.
