Perfect accommodation in Tokyo, Japan

What touched us the most on this family trip was the kindness and courtesy of the hotel staff. From the reception and front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, every staff member is sincere and enthusiastic, proactively caring for needs, and the children even received special little surprises. The staff always remembers our preferences, and the service is meticulous and attentive. The luxurious rooms and delicious dining are excellent, with breakfast being highly recommended; the warm smiles and professional attitude of the staff are the biggest highlights. This dedication to putting the customer first made the whole family feel pampered, and the holiday was perfectly fulfilled. Absolutely five-star recommendation, we have decided we will definitely visit again!

Crown lounge required

I didn't know there was such a spacious hotel in the city center.
The open feeling of the atrium is wonderful, and I also recommend using it just for the restaurant or bar.
The lounge is well-equipped, starting with afternoon tea, and can be used for an entire day at no extra charge, making it the best value for money. It's not often used, but it's very comfortable, and while all InterContinental hotels are like that, it's definitely better to have a lounge.
The room was impressive with its open view bath featuring a jet bath.
I tried Chinese, Italian, and bar food, but the atmosphere is good. The meal is quite filling.
The staff, especially those in the club lounge, were bright, friendly, and approachable.
While the M and H series are all soaring in price, I thought it was wonderful that the price was reasonable.

Best hotel close to Shinegawa station!

Wonderful place, I loved the Japanese breakfast and the location is very convenient as well.

Very expensive but definitely a five star experience. Great staff. Not near the airport as AI said but a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Really appreciated the amazing staff. Would stay there again.
