GW明けに、60代夫婦二人で、土日挟んで4泊お世話になりました。
主な目的は榊原温泉の湯篭りと、津市観光です。
建物や部屋はそこそこ経年経過してるのか、昭和の雰囲気漂う、最近見ないとてもノスタルジーな感じですが、良く掃除されてるのか清潔でとても落ち着きます。トイレは特に最新便器で、清潔で快適でした。ただ残念なのがコンセントの数が少なくスマホやその他機器の充電には苦労しますので、延長コードが有れば用は充分に足りると思います。
お湯は自館内の温泉源泉へ何度も何度も入れるので、ヌルリとした湯感を思う存分味われて良かったです。残念なのは浴場の男女が無かっただけですが、ゆっくり入れる点で問題は何も有りませんでした。
従業員やスタッフの皆さん、とても愛想良くテキパキと仕事されながらも、素敵な笑顔と言葉を頂き、おもてなしされてるなぁと感じました。
特筆すべきは料理が凄くて、バイキング慣れしてる私達夫婦はコレでもか！コレでもか！と運ばれて来る料理に圧倒されました。
通常プランで申込してたのですが、品数が多くてどれも美味しく満腹になりました（少し残してしまいすみません）。
そして特にオーダーもしていないのに、旅館側で日々メニューの趣向を変えて下さり、四日間の食事を毎回楽しみに頂戴しました。最終日は特にご馳走様でした。
観覧も、車での津市内へのアクセスは非常に良く、県庁近くの大きな公園や旧市街、湾岸のフェリー乗り場の展望台やお洒落な商業施設、お花の観覧や花農産物販売のテーマパークや、植物園の様な赤塚農園の販売所、ゴルフ場や練習場も多くて毎日飽きずに行動し、旅館へ帰りゆっくりと温泉に入るという、とても有意義な時間を過ごせました。
今回の小旅行、清少納言さんには思い出と健康をお手伝い頂き感謝しかありません。次回は高齢の両親や、友人を連れてまた行きます。

It is called the land of hot springs.

Known locally as Miyanoyu, I heard that it is customary to take a bath in Miyanoyu before visiting Ise Grand Shrine, so I visited hoping to get a little hot spring cure. I think it's up to each individual to decide whether the overall atmosphere is ancient or traditional. The guest room was a Japanese-Western style bedroom with large windows that were open and very comfortable. For dinner, I was able to choose Matsusaka beef, which was delicious and I was impressed. I also like that they offer strawberry picking and plans for people over 60, so you can use it to suit various needs depending on the season. It would also be nice to take your time and enjoy it for several days as a journey to reminisce about literature.

This hotel was old. Facilities were old fashioned. But spa was so nice with plenty of hot water.

とってもお湯が良かったです。全身ツルツル、リンスもクリームも要らない‼️ぜひ、エレベーターを、地下の温泉まで伸ばして。みんな、膝が痛いから。もっと日帰りも増えると思う。
