Conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the station, with 24-hour convenience stores and gyudon restaurants nearby

I stayed overnight for work.
It is a 15-minute stroll from the station, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and gyudon restaurants nearby, making it convenient to leave early before breakfast.
The room was on the upper floor, so there was a great view with good weather and a panoramic view of Lake Kasumigaura and Mount Tsukuba.

A hotel that has seen better days, but still has reasonable and clean rooms, and friendly staff.
The biggest downside was despite being given a high up room with a view of the lake. The postal distrubition centre is located next door so truck noise could be heard all through the night.
A 10 minute walk to the station, but close to supermarkets and convenienve stores.
