温泉・食事最高、無料送迎あり

　鶴岡駅から路線バス(790円)で湯野浜温泉へ、そこからホテルのお迎え車ですぐに到着。高台にあるホテルですが、残念ながら海は見えない。ホテルの売りは「温泉とバイキング」5階に大浴場、1階に露天風呂、適温でゆったり癒されました。
　夕食は食材豊富な超豪華バイキングで食べても食べても食べ切れないほど品数がいっぱい、最後のフルーツやアイスにコーヒーでお腹がはち切れそう。
　翌朝はホテルの車で鶴岡駅まで送ってくれました。一人旅ながらもツインベッドルームに案内してくれました。

A little too bad.

We stayed in a hotel near Sakata station for the first night, and stayed in the Sea of Japan with two families for the second night. The building is old. For dinner, we ate in a slightly darker cafeteria. The amount was quite large and delicious, but Boyle's king crab (small size) was thin and dry, and I asked for a drink to be served for dinner at check-in, but after I lit the pots and stuff, it was very slow to come out and I couldn't make a toast. It is inconvenient because the public bath and the open-air bath are on different floors. The water is clear and odorless, but it warmed me up.
It is cheap compared to the ryokan nearby, so it is recommended for those who save money.

ややくたびれた感じの観光ホテルだが、お湯は悪くなかった。

日帰り入浴の感想です。
雑誌「温泉博士」で手形入浴しました。入浴したのは５階の「鳥海の湯」の方です。１階の露天風呂も脱衣所までは行きましたが、循環ろ過・塩素消毒したお湯だと判ったので、入りませんでした。５階のお風呂の方は源泉掛け流しでした。
この展望風呂、男女入替制のようですが、海側の眺望がある「荒崎の湯」の方でしたら、そこそこ眺望は開けているように感じました。「鳥海の湯」の窓からは海は見えません。
浴槽のサイズはこの手の展望風呂にしてはやや小ぶりです。しかし源泉掛け流しを維持するために必要なサイズなのでしょう。源泉抽入量に見合わない大きなサイズの浴槽にして、循環ろ過・塩素投入するという悪循環に陥るよりはよほど好ましいです。成分分析表や温泉利用状況などの掲示も完璧でした。
「ナトリウム・カルシウム塩化物泉」のお湯は無色透明ですが、塩分と鉱物の混ざったような匂いがする温泉らしいお湯です。源泉温度が高いため加水しているとありますが、塩素消毒もしていないようです。失礼ながら、ややくたびれた感じの観光ホテルの割には、予想外にいいお湯でした。これなら温泉目当てで出向いても、後悔はしないと思います。
施設自体は、昔はさぞ立派だったのだろうといった感じです。節電か経費節約のためか、二階から一階の露天風呂に行くエスカレーターは運行停止していました。積極的に泊まりたいといったホテルではありませんでしたが、値段次第で郊外型ビジネスホテルのように使うなら、悪くないと思います。

初訪問

鶴岡市、初宿泊。
1階に卓球台！！昔ながらの温泉旅館！という感じ！お風呂は５階と1階にあり。
バイキング会場も広々していた。
平日だったので、人も少なくゆっくりできた。、

夕日がすごかった！！

2019/09/05　東北弾丸ツーリングで投宿　505同室　喫煙
窓は開くけど虫さんの来訪が怖い。網戸なし。
どっかのサイトで最安値をゲットしたら運転手さん用の貧部屋。
でも夕食朝食バイキングでCPはサイコー。
夕食の釜めしには禁じ手でイカ・イクラ・エビを投入。
最高でしたね。
