Lovely hotel, provided everything you could need. Wonderful staff, so polite, helpful and friendly.

It was really lovely in all aspects.
Our themed family room was great, the hotel food was amazing, great facilities and shops with two mini marts.
It missed an outdoor terrace for coffee and snacks.
The indoor pool was good with well equipped changing rooms.
The one thing which we found so disappointing was that you couldn't go to the outside pool without booking a timed slot which included a package with small snacks and a drink. It was very expensive.
As paying guests, we should be able to go to the outdoor pool, without being charged, especially in that heat. There was nowhere else to sit outside.
The hotel is close to Disney and you can get a shuttle from the hotel to the monorail located at Maihama station, which also gives you access to the subway. It is cheap and easy to get around.

Hotels with a good sense of security at a cost near Disney

My child is turning 2, so I stayed for my first Tokyo Disney.
The large rooms were right in front of the Toy Story Hotel and the parking lot entrances and exits, and for a while the kids were enjoying looking at the cars outside.
After coming back from school, I was able to buy takeout at the restaurants on the ground floor, which was a great help. There was also a store on site that could only be bought in the park, and it was also good to pick up the shopping spree.
Breakfast was crowded depending on the time, and I chose Western food because there was no buffet for Japanese food, but I felt that the number of feelings was small and the repertoire of things children liked was small (I wanted to put udon)

If I ever go to Disney in Tokyo again, I'm staying here. They accommodated my family of 5 in one room which I didn't think would be possible. It was very comfortable as well. Be sure to be on the early side of the breakfast buffet. Tons of food and it goes quickly!

We were really disappointed with reception staff, queues were really long and until we said we had a Hilton Honours Membership we were treated like serfs. Breakfast was a shambles and the quality was awful. The outdoor pool incurred a substantial charge and promotion suggests you will receive a light meal- images and wording are very misleading. We received 10 fries in a cardboard basket and about a dozen nachos in another cardboard basket and of the smallest measures of coke I have ever witnessed and of course the honour of swimming outdoors in an overcrowded pool, sun beds cheek-to-cheek with a stranger all this and a towel for £40.00. The whole hotel experience was very underwhelming (2 sea view rooms not cheap) and other than the proximity to the parks I couldn’t recommend this hotel as more than a 3 star hotel experience and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.

While we loved the location of the hotel we had some issues with feeling nickel and dimed with things that really should be reasonable. The coin laundry was outrageous (¥600 for a wash load and ¥200 for every 15 min of drying). The Buffett dinner was over ¥7000 per person, and there’s really only one take away option in the hotel other than that (which was great, by the way; it’s the little coffee shop on the lobby). Loved the Lawson and the hotel staff were incredible. But things like coin laundry should be more reasonable and there needs to be a less expensive option for food than a buffet dinner that is more than the Disney park tickets.
