Close to the station and reasonably priced

It is located within a 5-minute walk from JR Yonago Station, and there is a free parking lot with limited parking. The front desk is on the second floor, but there are only stairs, so it may be inconvenient for those with large luggage.

It was a bit old hotel but very reasonable and easy access from Yonago stn.

スリッパはシミがあり、机の上には揚げ物のカスのようなものが残っていて、清潔さは感じませんでした。夜に非常ベルが鳴り響きましたが、スタッフは「大丈夫」しか言わず、その後も夜中に非常ベルがなり、落ち着けませんでした。値段が抑えられていること、周りに飲食店が多いことはメリットですが、次は泊まらないと思います。

(長文口コミ失礼します)
併設駐車場(無料)がありますが駐車場の予約はなさそうで無断駐車されていたりタイミングが悪かったりすると「宿泊者なのに駐車できない」ことになっていたかもしれません(今回は奇跡的にできました)
チェックイン時に東南アジア系の外国人スタッフがフロントにいましたが必要最低限の説明や丁寧な接客は一切なし。受け応えされる時の日本語もカタコトなので割り切った方がよさそうです。
1Fにコンビニがあり周辺に飲食店(居酒屋)も多くありますが夜になると暴走族がうるさいです(窓とカーテンを閉めているのにかなり聞こえます)
ホテル入り口へ向かう際の階段にはタバコの吸い殻がたくさん落ちているので土地柄が出ていると思います。
枕に長い髪の毛(金髪)がついていたので清潔感は×
ユニットバスもサビや汚れが多く排水しにくいところも気になりました。
全体的に設備が古臭い中、エアコンとドライヤーだけは悪くなかったです(期待は×)

けっこう古いホテルで壁や床は綺麗ではないです。コンセントも少なくてベットサイドにはありません。部屋の清掃もしませんと書いてあります。（一週間以上連泊まる時は相談、と書いてあります）wifiもすごく弱かったですね。スマホのテザリングでも対応しました。料金も全然お得ではないのでこのホテルを選ぶメリットはないですね。ホテルの一階がローソンなのが唯一のメリットでしょうか。
