Isn't it nice to escape from the world in a hot spring?

The open-air bath in the room was very spacious and comfortable. The large public bath was next to the room, but we enjoyed the open-air bath in the room, which was fed directly from the source. There was also an indoor bath, which was also hot spring water. There was a foot bath and hot spring pool on the rooftop, so I think it would be fun even if you went with a large group. Breakfast was from 8am and check-out was at 10am, so it was a bit hectic, but we were able to relax in the bath in the room. It was difficult to get Wi-Fi, but I thought it was nice not to have to use my smartphone.

If I could, I wouldn't go anymore.

I searched online and the price was the best at about 5,500 yen per person.
But I thought it was a hotel with a lot of hassle. First of all, slippers are charged, the electric dimness of the aisles, and if it's raining on the way to the public bath, I'll get a bit wet, but it doesn't make much sense. I thought I had all the manga volumes, but there was only a middle one (one piece).
I was a bit scared because I was in a corner room and it was pretty dim until I got to the room because the sun was passing by.
Feels like a green light floating in a dimly lit passageway at the emergency exit (e.g. like night school)
I went to bed around 1:30 a.m., and when I felt something and wanted to wake up, I was bound by gold, and then a few minutes later I was bound again.
I don't know if this is the only room.
It was a trip to relieve stress.
It was a bit disappointing.
I don't think the hotel is to blame.
I didn't want to go there anymore if I could.

A hot spring inn in Okuyugawara where the majority of guests are seniors, with few couples

I use this hotel several times a year for fishing and work trips. It is crowded even on weekdays because there are discount plans. Credit cards are not accepted and payment is made in cash. Even if there are rooms available, they only accept about 20 groups. Is it because of a shortage of staff? The young part-time workers were working hard. From the reception on the first floor, you need to take the elevator to the second floor and then transfer. The rooms are old and not very clean. The tea is a powdered tea stick, which is disappointing. The sweets are mandarin cookies that are not very tasty, but considering the price of the accommodation, it can't be helped. There is an indoor bath in the room, but you need to wait for nearly 30 minutes for the hot spring water to come out. The meals are served in a large hall with a wide selection. Breakfast is also sufficient. Wi-Fi is available near the lobby, but some rooms have no reception.
The hot spring is a free-flowing water with a large amount of water, and there are plenty of open-air baths. It is thoughtful that they provide barley tea after the bath.

Great Hot Spring

This is my 2nd visit to this hotel, this time with my family of total 4 persons. It is an old hotel maintained in very good condition but cannot compare to modern hotels.
You can enjoy hot spring right inside the room and also meals. Hot spring is higher temperature compared to other hot spring which I really enjoyed it. The dinner and breakfast were full of variety and tasty as before. The Japanese Tatami bed were great which we had good sleep.

懐かしい雰囲気の旅館ホテル

                                         温泉の質も良いし、大浴場にある冷たい麦茶サービスも良い。
次回は露天風呂付きの部屋に泊まるつもり。
