The Ambassador is a clean and quiet hotel with a tremendously helpful and welcoming staff.
Everyone from the reception to the restaurant staff was extremely helpful and attentive.
The hotel helped deliver my delayed luggage from the airport the very next day. Laundry was prepared and returned within the same day everytime, and everything else I needed help with was immediately catered for.
It's also located in a very good neighborhood, Al-Shemeisani. With cafes and restaurants nearby and everything else a short ride away.
Breakfast is good and very diverse with multiple daily staples and specials. It's served in a clean and relaxing lounge .
My only critique is that the hotel's showing its age as some decor and furniture is starting to tarnish and needs replacing.

Highly recommended

Stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Was very impressed with the quality of the rooms and the services provided.
Lovely staff at reception, particularly Noura who was extremely helpful.
Will definitely use again.

It is true...

... that the tourism crisis in Jordan in recent years has rusted even the most established structures. In this case, however, we are dealing with a hotel that looks good, has large rooms and very comfortable beds, but that in my living room fell on two fundamental aspects: there was no hot water and the thermostat of the rooms was not adjustable. In addition, the external light cannot be switched off and is not shielded by the roller blind. Solve these problems and you will have an optimal structure. A suggestion for the buffet. Given that Middle Eastern cuisine offers, in addition to the meze served that were delicious, many hot dishes of a level, why present practically only international cuisine, which is rather silly?

Typical bussiness hotel, with functional but basic facilities. All average, including catering. Let's say he doesn't remember....
