Thank you for making us feel like we are among family ️

My stay at the Amman International Hotel was a beautiful and unforgettable experience in every sense of the word. I was in Amman for a medical trip, and during a period when I needed a lot of rest and psychological support, I found warmth and care in this place that made me feel like I was among my family and not just guests in a hotel.
From the moment my mother and I arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Every detail was filled with comfort and humanity. All thanks and appreciation to the wonderful team, and I would like to especially mention the kind and wonderful manager, Madam Sanaa Qamhiyeh. And the beautiful Miss Rana, inside and out, from the accounting department… and the kind and loving Miss Yara, the public relations manager… And the respected and humane manager, Ahmed Al-Taweel, who almost made me feel like he owned the hotel because of his fear, concern, and attention to the smallest details. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Bassam Suleiman, the food and beverage supervisor, who took care of my beloved mother and helped us during our stay. I would like to specifically mention Mr. Mohammed Al-Qarout, the restaurant manager, for his wonderful smile that we used to start our mornings with, his warm welcome, and the heartfelt service, along with the wonderful Osama Al-Ghazawi. Thank you to Chef Majed and to the kind, noble, and friendly Ibrahim Al-Gharouz. Thank you to security personnel Hussam Al-Shuaibat and Ibrahim Khadrawi. Thank you for the warm welcome and kind smiles to Hamza Abdul-Mahdi and Khaldoun Ghazal. And let's not forget the wonderful assistants Mahmoud Kharoub and Ayman Fayyad... for their kindness, their kind words, and their constant concern for our comfort.
Being around people with such a refined spirit had a great psychological impact on me and made my stay easier and more enjoyable.
I thank the hotel management and all the staff for their hospitality and attention. You have left us with a beautiful memory and a special place in our hearts. We will certainly return, God willing.

Exceptional hotel and Staff

Exceptional. Amazing staff, and through all what’s going on you have kept us feel safe and the food is amazing. I can’t talk highly enough of the place. Ahmed, Rama, Jana, Lagela and Yara(guest relations manager), annd anll the staff. The owner Mr Tarref Tabbah whom I met one of the lounges, whom sets an example that all his staff follow. Family and amazing people all, I thank you.

Everything was wonderful. The place was lovely and quiet, and high level of cleanliness .All the staff were incredibly kind.
