Noisy, Dirty and Unsafe for Solo Female Travellers

Out of the 35 countries I have visited this has been literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed here four nights and could not sleep any nights because of a loud dance party the first night and then the horrible behaviour of a boys’ football team. I would be ashamed to be these boys’ parents and Allah forgive them. They were banging on doors and shouting all night long. It would’ve been quieter if they were playing football in the hall. It was so bad I began to feel very unsafe as a solo female traveller and I’ve never felt that way in all my years in the ME. Zero respect. I complained to the front desk and that did nothing to change the situation. No security here beyond the front door. This hotel should not be in the hospitality industry.

Good room, bad pool, very bad food.

I want to emphasize that this trip took place at a complicated time due to the situation in neighboring countries, which has resulted in a lack of tourism in Jordan (in my opinion, it is completely safe to travel to Jordan). But the reality is that we were alone (our group), no Europeans, Americans, or Asians, just some Middle Eastern tourists... And us.
About this hotel Aman Hotel Paradise, I can say that it seemed a bit old to me, but well, the room was very spacious, clean, no problem.
The pool, a prop, is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., so it's as if they didn't even have one. When you get back tired from the activities, a dip would be nice, but you can't because they close at 5 p.m.
The hotel food was impossible, with little variety and low quality. Often, we couldn't get much for dinner. And the dining room management was terrible. They refused to feed two elderly ladies who had full board. Apparently, due to some error beyond their control, they hadn't recorded the meal. They pestered them, only to end up not giving them anything to eat. Painful!!
We must take care of the customer, gentlemen, especially when there are few of them.

UN BUON HOTEL AD AMMAN

Start and end of an organized tour. The hotel is not central, however it is 10 minutes by taxi from the main streets. ( 5 dinars at the moment). Large and cozy rooms with choice of pillows and unique good mattresses of the tour I did. A nice shopping shop on the ground floor with friendly staff and good prices. Hearty breakfasts and dinners with local food. The first time she complained about a certain disorganization in the service (absence of cutlery, tables not too clean) that on the return instead there was not. It could therefore have been a moment of defaillance.

Right.

Reasonable four star hotel.
Friendly service.
Varied and quality breakfast.
Very spacious rooms a little dated. The air conditioning does not work very well. The bathroom is correct, a little small.
It's downtown but a little lonely for a walk.
