Home like stay!

Hidden gem in Amman downtown. Best location, great rooms, super clean common areas, lovely breakfast counter replete with eggs/salad/cold cuts and tea/coffee.
Everything is walking distance, the owner is super friendly and involved in the operations, conversant in English, can help with parking incase you have a rent a car. I will come back again in a heartbeat, book early as he is super busy and mostly sold out.

I had a good stay here on my last night in Jordan. The location is perfect to see the main sights. I wish I had 2 days there actually. The room was clean and the wifi was good. No complaints except maybe the smoke smell in hallways. The staff were friendly though.

Good 1 night stay

I had a good stay here on my last night in Jordan. The location is perfect to see the main sights. I wish I had 2 days there actually. The room was clean and the wifi was good. No complaints except maybe the smoke smell in hallways. The staff were friendly though.

Don’t believe the list of facilities! There are none.

Hotel has great potential but not with the current staff. Bathroom was filthy especially the shower. Entire place, especially common areas stink of smoke despite stating “non smoking throughout”. No 24 hr front desk or security, no daily housekeeping, no minimarket or beauty shop on site, no “main restaurant with international and traditional cuisine”, 1 hairdryer for the entire hotel, non existent food hygiene, no room service - all the above are listed as facilities on Booking.com. Complete false advertising which is illegal where I come from. Cheep but certainly not cheerful.

The staff was great and they gave us a refund when we checked out early. Again the staff is great but the non-smoking room was filled with cigarette smoke smell and we are allergic. This is not a hotel I would say has an 8.4 review like Expedia shows. The room was small, the bed was uncomfortable and I had to wipe down all flat surfaces. The Internet was spotty but the reason we left was because of the smell.
