Terrible!!!

Terrible hotel, dirty everywhere. I booked through Booking with free cancellation. After spending half an hour at the hotel and seeing the conditions, I decided to cancel, but the owner insisted and, in an arrogant manner, demanded that I pay for one night, obviously in cash without a receipt. Despite asking for it, I sent emails and messages to get the receipt in order to request a refund, but of course, I never received a response. Do not book here, the photos are a scam. The worst experience of my life!!

I booked on Booking, and from the photos it looked like a very nice hotel, in a great location, with free cancellation , I booked the “deluxe” room with balcony from which you could see the city of Amman. Upon my arrival I found myself a horrible room, dirty, staining sheets, it was impossible to stay there, I decided to cancel the reservation immediately since it was allowed, but the owner insisted on charging me one night, obviously in cash without receipt, I decided to pay and leave so as not to ruin my holiday and especially not to have arguments.

Scam!

SCAM!!
I booked the hotel from 11 to 15 October via booking and when I wanted to cancel the Reservation the hotel tells me that it can not find my reservation although the reservation has been confirmed. The Owner does not want to refund me although he received my reservation and when I call them he hangs up on me!!

Very good location, but service and not great

The hotel has good potential, given its location, but there are quite a few things to improve. I was given a dirty bath towel, had to ask several times to replace it. And we had a room on the street side, very noisy. Very basic breakfast, can be improved.

You Get What you Pay For

This is a basic hotel/hostel, but adequate. The rooms look like they have been converted from a office complex but not redecorated. But they are warm, and the bathrooms are okay, acceptable not great. WE at least managed to get a shower.
The staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good. It is well positioned in the City to see the tourist attractions.
