Clean, comfortable, safe. A solid choice.
In Amman? You would do well to choose the Grand Hyatt.
Amman is not exactly a walkable city for most western travelers, but honestly the Grand Hyatt manages to be. Which is a feat unto itself. You can actually leave the hotel and pick up a few things without feeling uncomfortable as a foreigner. That alone is one of the best accolades I could give the Hyatt.
Rooms are immaculately clean. Absolutely nothing I could say in a negative light.
Security is well done, the staff understands protocols and uses offsets and stand-off effectively. Overall it is not just secutity "theater" it is effective and well balanced. I appreciated that every entry was through the sally-port. No excpetions.
Dining was good. You will absolutely pay a premium for the privilege but the service has always been top-notch.
I would choose the Grand Hyatt every single time I am in Amman. Yes, I may miss other oppoturnities but I'd rather go with a known quantity than gamble for a different opportunity, you would be advised to do the same.

Amazing and relaxing
I like the location near from everything
The atmosphere was perfect
The room was the best I wanted to take a regular room but Waleed Deeb on the reception gave me the one with the pool it was amazing
All the team was perfect and cleaning and everything in the hotel they are always smiling all the team is good and Waleed was helping so much as I was asking him about Amman and he was helping also and he gave me a tour in the hotel I tried the restaurant and the breakfast it was delicious.
Overall I’m lucky I chose your hotel and you are lucky to have this team and especially Waleed

Please make sure to call the hotel directly to book the hotel voucher.
As I hadn't realized that voucher products need to be booked directly through the hotel, I made the mistake of booking through Booking.com. The staff helped me cancel the reservation I made free of charge on the same day. They also arranged for me to use the swimming pool through the manager. Since my child was looking forward to playing in the hotel pool, she wasn't too disappointed by the cancellation. I am grateful for the hotel's service. I especially applaud the kindness of the staff member "Qusai" at the front desk!
