More than satisfied

I stayed at the hotel in Amman, Jordan for two weeks, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Everything was excellent — the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. Many thanks to the chef and his team.
Special thanks to Mohammad from housekeeping for his outstanding service, and to Mohammad and Sheet from the cafeteria for their kind and professional attitude.
A heartfelt thank you to the front desk team, especially Razan, for the warm welcome, great interaction, and high-quality service.
This is an experience I will definitely repeat at the same hotel. Thank you all!

Cozy hotel and welcoming staff.

Centrally located within easy access to everything. Comfortable atmosphere and warm, welcoming, helpful staff. Spacious rooms, and well priced.

Horrible Stay – Avoid This Place

Filthy room from day one: hair on bed & furniture, thick dust everywhere, no toilet paper. Staff only changed sheets, dust stayed all 7 nights despite repeated complaints. Daily cleaning request ignored, room left untouched. Room change denied multiple times while others were moved. Bathroom fan missing/broken so constant bad smell in the bathroom. No clothing racks, just one drawer & a few hangers. Good location & nice decor can’t hide unbearable cleanliness issues! Management dismissive — even after meeting a manager, nothing improved. Entire hotel shows ZERO CARE. NEVER coming back.

Repeat the hotel clean and affordable

The hotel is clean and tidy
The location is excellent and close to everything
Breakfast is diverse, tasty, and clean
The brother (prefect) is in honorable reception and top-notch service
Booking was from Bucking and sign in was very quick
