Just book it!

We are staying here now and it is just perfect! Very big apartment with everything you could need and minutes walk from rainbow street. Found the hotel easily with Uber and check in was super easy..

Great B&B in the heart of Amman

Lovely Apart Hotel in the heart of Amman. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The team is very attentive, always there to support in case of problems or if you have a question. The building has an elevator which makes it easy to carry your luggage in and out.
The rooms are cleaned every other day and the staff would never enter the apartment without your permission.
The location is great, next to Rainbow Street with all the options for coffee or food.
We can only recommend Nu Fifty Two, not only just for one night, but longer if your travel plans permit.

Amazing stay

Our second time staying at Nu Fifty. We love it for ease and access to Rainbow street, cafes, restaurants. Set down a cute quiet back street, easy for taxi picks up etc. The accommodation is amazing so comfortable and s big with a beautiful lounge area and amazing size bedroom. There is also a lift to access all floors. Staff always a pleasure and so kind.

A comfortable & central place to stay in Amman

Nu Fifty Two is a very comfortable and well located accommodation for those who want to be close to Rainbow Street and downtown. It is very clean, bright and well appointed - we found it extremely comfortable and a great home base for exploring the city. It’s near lots of great shops and restaurants, and is not far from some of the main attractions, including the Amman Citadel and Roman Amphitheatre. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful.
It’s nothing fancy but it was everything that we hoped it would be.

Apartment in a convenient location for sightseeing

Choosing a hotel in Amman can be tricky.
Hilton, Hyatt and other hotels are in the new city.
If you want to walk around town, it's downtown.
But there are only cheap hotels and no good hotels.
And we found Rainbow Street, which is very close.
"Nu Fifty Two" in the best location.
It's not a hotel, it's an apartment.
The rooms are spacious living room and bedroom.
There is also a kitchen with tableware, seasonings and cooking utensils.
There's a balcony.
Enjoy the view of downtown.
But it looks like there's a new building in front of us.
Listed on the website
It seemed to block the view from the whole area.
The bed is king size and seems to sleep well.
The bathroom is just for the shower.
The hot water came out properly and the water pressure was strong.
Amenities also include shampoo, conditioner,
Body soap, tooth brushing, and more.
All except shave.
It's also a short walk to Rainbow Street with beautiful apartments.
Downtown sightseeing is also possible on foot.
