Great. Great.

Hellas did not stay at the hotel. Visited the hamman at the hotel. Oh, this was so great. Super relax and relax. Employees super sweet. Highly recommended!

Average hotel

The hotel is fine , rooms are clean
Breakfast is good, room service quality good
They have a free jacuzzi and steam room, no sauna, they also have an Arabian bath at charge
I just didn’t like the service
I checked in early evening , no one to help with the luggage
I had a friend that was coming up to pick up something from my room, they refused to let him come up with me and saud that guests are not allowed , I can understand that if it was a woman , but refuse to let a man up ??!!
Especially that I was staying at an executive suite not a room

Find another hotel

This an expansive 3 star hotel, not a cheap 5 star hotel.
Smoke smell in the rooms, disgusting carpet, hair everywhere in the bathroom and the bedroom.
I would never recommend this to anyone

Good hotel in terms of location. Good size rooms. Miserable staff, not helpful or polite. The spa is amazing, worth staying there for that.
