It was a great pleasure staying in this wonderful Hotel. staffs were very kind and accommodating. The rooms are nicely done and comfy to stay in. kudos to sir Mohammed in the reception, He is very nice and helpful. Everything about Zaitouna Hotel was worth the price tag! I strongly recommend it without a doubt ❤️

The hotel is old and worn out. The rooms are basic and offers minimum. Hygiene is not a priority and is evident even in the cutlery offered in restaurant here. The air condition in my room 515 was pathetic and the TV never worked. Wifi signal in the room was weak. The positive part of the hotel was the quality and quantity of food, it was good enough. However the breakfast spread was disappointing. The staff here was quite friendly. Definitely I wouldn't stay in this hotel if I was paying for it, as I was booked here by my company I had no choice.

The building, facilities, furnishings, organization in decline ...

The generally polite and efficient staff (I note Ahmet, Mohammed and Tareq), the very good breakfast (in variety, quantity, quality), the good location, the low price for the data of the rather overvalue Aqaba and the comfortable bed, can not compensate for the hotel's neglected image, organizational sloppiness, moderate cleanliness and hygiene.
I'm sorry, but I will not return ...

Clean, comfortable, great location

We had a 3 night stay at this hotel and for the price, it exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had what you’d need in a hotel room.
Drinks and food very affordable, too.
My only complaint is the shower did not have ANY hot water throughout our stay. Thankfully it was 38’C during our stay so a cool shower wasn’t too bad but it would have been nice to have the warm water option!
Otherwise a 5* property for its price.

Good service! Good breakfast

Great location, you can walk to everything. Food, entertainment, car rental, super markets. You do not need much more.
The team at the front desk was awesome and breakfast was decent as well. We only stayed for one night, but would have stayed much longer if needed
