Everything is good. Good location, clean and 24 front but the staff is quite unfriendly. When i ask about things to make sure, they seem like annoying

Generally good with some failings.

I was with a small group. My "single" room was very small but had a double (not queen or king) bed. A table and chair meant that I could not fit down the right side of the bed (where I usually sleep) so I had to sleep on the left. The number and location of electric sockets was good. The fridge worked well and the bathroom was OK though small. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was reasonable although the coffee machine was hopeless, producing capuccino without any milk or crema in either of the mornings I was there. I suspect the staff don't know howvto set it up.

Hotel location is very good, easy access. Some tourists attractions just walking 5 - 10 minutes. 2 km to Almaty central mosque

Decent place in good location. Family friendly.

Solo traveller - stayed for 5 nights.
Decent place and in a good location. Short walk to parks, restaurants and bars.
Room was good size with a mini fridge woth Comfortable clean beds. Room service cleaned everyday.
Limited but good breakfast. Gets over pretty early - try and go before 9.30 AM
No drinking water in the room after the 1st day - but there are supermarkets nearby so not a major issue.
Was there in peak winter so was a slight problem - old appliances so water in the shower takes a while to heat up. So factor in that wait period.
Reception staff were helpful.
Overall a good place for a solo traveller. Not luxurious / fancy - but does the job.
