Football visit

Very nice hotel absolute
Nice spacious room comfortable bed nice shower
Breakfast was good also plenty to choose from
Pool and sauna was good also
The staff was very helpful for me especially Din he helped me throughout my stay with information and taxis

Happy

Very spacious room.
Very friendly staff.
One of the best pricing in Astana.
Quick 15 minutes drive to the monuments and action.
Supermarket corner store in front of the hotel.
I willl come back for sure and stay there again!

Great Hotel

Hotel is very good.Nice big room with bathroom and big shower.There is swimming pool and gym in hotel.Very clean.Staff is friendly .there is bus stop opposite hotel so its very easy to get to the centre of Astana.

World most expensive using washing machine

I asked one of receptionists about laundry service, and she said it would cost about 500 KZT. So I went back to the reception with my clothes and gave it to them (other receptionist took my clothes by the time).
After few hours, this receptionist called my room phone and asked me about 10200 KZT and I had to pay. I was kind of shocked and asked why the price is so much different to what I heard, and then she told me the reason with a small paper she wrote. (They did not even ask me to proceed laundry with this amount)
I have never seen like this kind of exorbitant price for a single use of washing machine. Absolutely horrible experience.
Here it is,
??? : 500 + 400 = 900 KZT
T-shirt: 4 x 500 = 2000 KZT
Towel: 1 x 500 = 500 KZT
Socks: 10 x 200 = 2000 KZT
Shirt(long sleeve): 1 x 500 + 600 = 1100 KZT
Chemise: 3 x 300 = 900 KZT
Jeans: 1 x 700 = 700 KZT
Underwear : 7 x 300 = 2100 KZT

Total: 10200 KZT
Same as USD $32 = EUR €26 = AUS $42 = CHY ¥200

Location is off on most booking sites! OK Hotel

Most websites seems to list the right street with number 1 as the house number, which is 47 in reality. This is much closer to the railway station, but further away from Astana's attractions. Not a big deal - but good to know. Busses in front of the hotel.
The hotel rooms are spacious and well equipped.
There are a few annoying little things however to bear in mind: no water bottles on arrival, nor the next day (day 3 solved): no bathroom soap/shampoo (again solved on day 3) and the thresholds givewheelchairs (or wheeled suitcases!) a hard time.
Overall it's still worth the money :)
