The personnel is the best

The room was great, spacious and clean. The location is perfect, there is a park and very close to all the main places. The breakfast is great and if you do not like American coffee they will prepare for you any type of coffee you want. I am especially keen in the morning to have an expresso. The best of all is the personnel so helpful, friendly and respectful at all times. I will repeat for my next business trip. The only minor thing is the wifi that although I did not have problems with my mobile phone I did have problems with my computer, again I bought a Kazhakstan sim card that I could charge anytime next door and problem solved.

it could be MUCH better

Large rooms are the only good feature of this hotel. The doors are not sound-proof, the staff is poorly trained, the breakfast choice scarce and, as somebody has already complained about, COLD (cold eggs, cold sausages...) although they have the tray to keep them warm. As the waitress passes the door to the kitchen, she cannot refrain from checking her telephone. Next time I shall choose a different hotel 100%.

Not once Monaco!

Absolute mismatch between the appearance and name of the hotel and the condition of the rooms. I've only been there 24 hours. I wouldn't spend any more time there. I attach a photo. Anything that breaks is not replaced, but simply thrown away (no TV in the room, no fridge, etc.). The appearance of the sofa, other furniture, locks, baseboards and especially the towel dryer is depressing. My co-worker had the ceiling above me all in troughs, all the other joints the same. I've got clear signs of my own flood, judging by the swollen baseboards. What other condition does it take to get all these things changed? Apart from a bottle of water and 1 glass, nothing in the room! You can't even make tea for yourself. Breakfast is pretty meagre. I didn't have time to study hotels, so I fell for Hotel Ranking and a reasonable price, but then I regretted the choice. Lots of places I've been, but I've never had a worse number. Definitely not recommended!

Just a one-night stay. Everything fine!

Personnel were friendly. Room large and comfortable. Modest but sufficient breakfast buffet starts a little late (8AM) and the staff was tardy in setting it out the morning we were there. Bathroom large and clean; shower is in the tub, which is quite deep, so getting in and out is a slight challenge. But overall our impression was wuite poditive and we would go back!

New hotel, Paper thin walls

The hotel is brand new and looks great. However there are several problems, The walls are paper thin so you can hear a pin drop in the room next to you and the shower power is a trickle. On the good side the staff are friendly and the location is ok.
