It’s very stylish place with a cozy atmosphere and tasty food✨
Ladies from reception and cafe were super nice and friendly Have I mentioned the style?
It has pretty much everything u need during your stay in KZ ¯(ツ)_/¯
The only minus was lack of sound isolation, tho it didn’t affect my sleep that much
Bonus: I discovered some books (in RUS) on the second floor of the cafe

Budget hotel

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. The room had a very low ceiling, a narrow floor-level window, poor bathroom lighting, and slow Wi-Fi. Breakfast is fixed and simple, no coffee. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located, clean, and the staff is polite.

A bit disappointed

We stayed 1 night and we paid a bit more than the average in Astana, but it was not that much worthy.
The room are quite big, but almost without window.
The breakfast is available only in the room.
Staff speaks English.
Excellent location near Baiterek tower.
The hotel is overall ok, but pricey

Jasmine hotel, Astana

A small, cosy hotel on the left bank of the river (the same side where the airport is, which may be a plus, less traffic on the way to the airport), very close to the monument Bayterek (5 minutes on foot). Clean room, good shower (a hairdryer is in the bathroom), comfortable bed. The road nearby is a bit noisy, but it was not a big deal for me. Wifi is available. Breakfast is served in the room. Tea or coffee can be served during the day (it was free of charge). There is no restaurant in the hotel, but snacks, soft drinks, cigarettes can be purchased in the reception.Very good, hospitable and pleasant hotel staff, all English speaking.

Transit only

Very good, small, cozy hotel only for transit purposes. Relatively nice bfast. Location is good. Staff friendly. No noise-proof. That was the only delta for me. But still will consider it when flying via Astana.
