Nice white hotel, good heated pool, but annoying music.
was on the ground floor directly next to the heated pool. There were sun loungers, and you could move a parasol if desired. There were two other pools, one of which was empty, and the other was unheated, and we did not use either.
The room was fine with AC and a regular shower, instead of the annoying solution with a shower in the bathtub as in several other hotels in Kazakhstan. The bed was comfortable.
You could order food and drinks anywhere in the hotel. An English-speaking staff member was summoned to make the order easier. We dined on the terrace of the hotel restaurant behind the pool. Breakfast was indoors and satisfactory.
According to the hotel, the beach was 400m from the hotel. But most of the beach was inaccessible due to construction work. It wasn't until we walked 2km that we reached the beach (southern entrance).
The biggest drawback was the music that could be heard everywhere until well past 10 pm. It was hip-hop and rap with particularly bad lyrics. Very annoying (minus one star).

As they say, “Theatre begins in hangers.” But the opposite is true in this hotel.
Came to Del mare with the expectation of receiving quality service and comfortable rest, but unfortunately encountered total indifference and incompetence on the part of the administration.
From the first step to the reception, it became clear that there were no guests valued here, there were three girls who did not understand what was going on and what was wanted of them.
For early booking, a prepayment of 390,000 tenge was made (I attach confirmation of booking and payment) for three nights for three rooms.
A week before I checked in, I tried to cancel the reservation and refund the advance payment, but I was informed that it was not refundable.
Before my arrival, I repeatedly wrote to the management via WhatsApp messenger and tried to find out what remaining amount I need to pay for 3 days for accommodation, I was informed that the amount payable is 90,000 TG. (I attach a screen of correspondence).
However, upon arrival, I was charged the sum of 180,000 TG and explained that you were not correctly informed by our employee. As a result, I did not seem to have this amount and had to stay one day less and pay 60,000 tons.
So at the reception we explained that on the day of departure you can spend the whole day in the pool area, but coming from the hotel you wanted to enter the pool area, they said that you can only stay until 12.00 and also requested money for towels, although towels and admission to the pool is free if you stay in the hotel.
The administration seemed uninterested in its work. This attitude towards work is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. With this approach, it should come as no surprise that customers leave disappointed.
I strongly discourage this hotel for those who value their comfort and nerves, especially for such money. If you're looking for a place where you're treated as a human being and not an annoying nuisance, you're clearly not here.
I report this information to the hotel management about the complete lack of competence of the reception staff.

Horrible
The worst area for not a lot of money, dirty, wires to the pools sticking out, headphones from the room gone, breakfast is the cheapest you can think of (without bread) said bread no, in the evening debauchery and bloke. There's a sewage in the room, the bed's not full, so at the end they accused me of stealing a towel that never happened. Napkins float in the pool.

Features of local recreation
For the cost per day comes also as a burning Vacation Package to Turkey/Egypt. The service is mostly on the Kapchagai level. About going to the beach - you can forget, muddy both the city beach near the base and wild in the distance.
Overall holidays are 5-6 out of 10, compared to Egypt/Turkey.
For what to praise the recreation center:
Cleaner, elderly speaks Russian - very kind and sympathetic, special thanks for her work;
- Administrator Natalia and the management of the recreation center - as a compliment on the birthday gave a delicious cake, also special thanks to Natalia (Instagram is missing a section with promotions and FAQs);
- The spa is a comfortable hammam and a Russian bath with a bath, there is a pool with less chlorinated and soft water, but it is subjectively cold at the declared temperature of 24-280.
- New enclosure - very comfortable, beds super comfortable, all available, but not enough hooks for clothes in the shower and dryer too short for bath towels (in rooms without balcony);
Outdoor swimming pools - lots of sunbeds, umbrellas everywhere.
What didn't like:
Check-in after 14:00:
- rooms were not ready and by 16:00, had to wait for the sheets to be made until 16:30, things had to be left in the storage rooms of the spa;
Pools:
- access to the pools can be taken separately and enter from the street: a lot of local contingent - drunk local loud girls partying as last time was throughout the rest, which spoiled the impression;
- Decorative lifeguards stick in their phones, do not curse at children who swim unsupervised in deep adult pools, run around and dive off the sides and girls who swim with their hair down;
Kitchen and service:
-Teams of waiters are seasonal - sit in the hall, chat and idle, although appliances had to be changed more than once due to sticky dirt;
- Food is expensive and not delicious, breakfast especially;
- Nearby Café Akhtamar is 5 minutes away - the portions are large, the barbecues are super soft and delicious + the service is high.

Okay - nicht mehr, nicht weniger
Das Del Mare wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr ansprechend, ist allerdings im Detail bereits abgewohnt bzw. sind die Zimmer eher unterdurchschnittlich. Der unangenehme Geruch aus dem Abfluss löste sich nach 2,3 Stunden lüften.
Pool: sehr angenehm, bei der Leiter in den Pool war allerdings die letzte Sprosse komplett herausgebrochen und die vorletzte Stufe hing nur noch halb im Rahmen. Das resultierende Verletzungsrisiko schien das Personal nicht zu stören, der Mange wurde während des dreitätigen Aufenthaltes nicht behoben oder darauf hingewiesen.
Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung, allerdings konnte man während des Aufenthaltes keinen Kaffee bestellen. Das Personal ist relativ desinteressiert, Englisch spricht nur ein kleiner Teil. Frühstück kein Buffet sondern ein kleines Menü wo man keine Wahlmöglichkeiten hat.
In Summe eher keine Empfehlung, fairerweise muss erwähnt werden dass der Zimmerpreis von ca. EUR 50/DZ/Nacht günstig ist.
