Good for a few nights

Book this hotel by my company as part of a flight crew. About a 30/40min drive from Shymkent airport.
Warmly welcomed by receptionist and checked in directed to my room.
Large room with a comfy bed and large bathroom with amenities. Wardrobe and furniture was in good condition but seemed dated like a granny would have but that might be the Khazak style, same sort of thing in the reception area too.
Breakfast was okay, nothing special, option to have fresh omelettes made

Ramada by Wyndham Shymkent

The best hotel in the southern region of the country. The interesting design, interior and compactness of the hotel gives a great mood. The rooms are infinitely spacious and very clean. The staff is attentive to all guests' requests.
Breakfasts are very rich and delicious. International class cuisine, as well as with Turkish's choice of dishes and desserts .

Excellent hotel with high level of service

The hotel is immediately attractive for its cleanliness, modern interior and cozy atmosphere. The design is very stylish and tasteful, every detail is thought out, creating a sense of comfort and coziness. Rooms are spacious, bright and well equipped, ideal for both leisure and business travel.
Separately I want to mention the hotel staff - all staff are very polite, friendly and professional. Staff are always available to assist, answer questions and resolve any requests promptly.
The general atmosphere of the hotel is calm and pleasant, it is really possible to rest well here. The modern facilities, high level of service and warm attitude of the staff set the Ramada Hotel apart from many others.
I am sure I can recommend this hotel to all who appreciate comfort, quality and excellent service. If possible, I'll definitely come back here again!

Breakfast Time Misinformation and Manager Service

Upon check-in on 3 September, the reception staff informed me that breakfast was available until 11:00 a.m. However, on 5 September, when I arrived at the restaurant at 10:40 a.m., I was notified that breakfast would end at 10:30 a.m. on weekdays. As a result of misinformation from the staff, I was left without the breakfast I was entitled to as a hotel guest.
The practice of splitting breakfast time into weekdays and weekends is not common in the hospitality industry. If your hotel has a similar rule, this information should be clearly communicated to guests at check-in and reflected in information materials (room card, booklet, leaflet, etc.). Lack of accurate information violates service standards and misleads customers.
I would also like to mention the unprofessional conduct of manager Timur. Instead of resolving the situation and acknowledging staff error, he argued that the practice in question was “normal”. This approach on the part of the management staff is incompetent and unacceptable, as it exacerbated the problem instead of solving it.
