First Visit to Eldoret

The hotel is older but it's was clean and the price and location in the heart of downtown Eldoret was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I have no regrets in booking this place.

The hotel is amazing , and th rooms are great , but the services are not to the standard

I had a very unpleasant experience with a receptionist named Salma Rajab. Her customer service skills were very poor, and she was unwilling to assist guests. She came across as arrogant and unprofessional. During my stay at the hotel, I was not provided with essential basic amenities. When I requested soap, it was not provided, and when I asked for a replacement towel because the one issued was dirty, she was uncooperative. This experience was very disappointing, and I believe she would benefit from proper customer service training.

I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional.
