Excellent

We booked via jumia travel.Grace who was jumia travel agent was awesome.she could never get tired to answer our endless questions, and above it all, she was able to negotiate for us the best deal at this hotel.we arrived late in the evening.the guy at the reception was very kind and professional.he even offered to assist us carry our bags.he talked to us in a tone that made us fall in love with the hotel even before checking in.we ordered food which he promised would not take long.sure to his word, it did nit take long.it was hot and deliciously finger licking.breakfast was also awesome.wifi was free n dedicated in the room.In terms of customers service satisfaction, i would give this hotel a score of 10 out of 10.traveling to Embu and you are looking a place to spend the night, this is the place.

Good

Loved it .... Friendly staff , good ambience and a few km away from the busy Embu CBD ... The check in was fairly easy and hustle free ... My only criticism, the club downstairs made a lot of noise esp after midnight .... We found it hard to sleep. All in all this place is affordable and secure.

Embu Induction awesomeness!!!

My stay was supper awesome! House keeping services were quite impressive!! Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The Hotel is strategically located ensuring ease of movement due to the availability of town service taxis just a few meters from the premises. this would definitely be my choice anytime i travel to Embu!
