Best samosa in town

Super place !
Friendly staff, great menu.
My son-in-law loves the pizza's, my daughter loves the giant samosa and myself ? I love all their food.
The mosques in the neigborhood might be noisy, but that's not their fault.

Very noisy place

Makuti Villas is beautiful and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The problem is the night noise, if it doesn’t bother, this is a good place. I couldn’t sleep there but after one night I changed hotels.

Average food

Visited Makuti villas for Late lunch from Malindi. We had tasted their pizzas sometime back and the taste was awesome but all that seems to have substantially deteriorated with time. From the look of the pizza crust, its evident the pizzas are not upto the standard.
The bolognese was averagely good interms of taste. The portion was fair,however the mix of mincemeat outweighed that of the spaghetti.
As for the pizza, the toppings were not adequate and basically the preparation was done in a rush leaving much to desire from a normal pizza.
The place seems to lose its charm with time..something should be worked out to revive its fading glow.
I dont think I will be foolish enough to waste money on their pizzas anymore, i would rather try out something else.

Low Budget

Rooms are clean, although our room 41 had no.water all night and in the morning! Breakfast is nice although you have to chase crows away and monkeys constantly, this is not good guys! The crowd are almost on your head while u try to eat!
The pizza really is fantastic, well done. Staff are really nice, polite and eager to please. Davina checked us in on 22nd Feb just for 1 night, she was excellent!

Good Hotel Bad reception

This is a good hotel but the receptionist, Peninah, leaves a lot to be desired. I booked my guests into the hotel and when we went to join them for drinks and a swim, we were all treated horribly by this particular lady with no apologies from her. Everyone else was amazing.
