This hotel is great for a city trip to Pristina. It’s in a great location, just a 5- to 10-minute walk to downtown. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to assist with even the smallest details. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the pool was out of use as it was undergoing maintenance. Nevertheless, I would be happy to stay here again should I ever be in the area and need somewhere to stay.

We.booked this Hotel especially as we wanted a pool. But, the pool was closed and lazy hotel did not update the filter on the booking sites. Rather dull breakfast and very hard beds

The hotel was unfortunately very worn and in need of renovation. The room was also dated with a broken shower. Unfortunately the pool was also closed.
What was good though was the staff who were very helpful. The location was also good just like breakfast was included.

Rooms are much better than what the pictures show.
The lady at the reception Yon was so helpful. She speaks excellent English, which was another positive. The restaurant staff was obliging too
