Deceiving Looks!
the good things first: Great Location with many shops and restaurants around. Easy access to main roads and city centre. Smooth Check in/out. Building looks nice and big from outside.
The Not good things: Once you are inside the flat, things are very different. Furniture is very basic, exhausted and need replacing. Funny bathroom flooring, something plastic, not nice to walk on and feels like breaking down. There was a leakage in one of the bathrooms from the ceiling so we were unable to use it. We informed the reception and they promised to send maintenance to look at it but no one showed up until we left. We asked for cleaning and towel replacement on the 2nd day not again nothing happened. Breakfast was very basic, bread was cold and no toaster, coffee powder was in an open small bowel and dirty spoons were in it. Windows were dirty. Light bulbs were out in more than one place including bathroom.
