The Best of Kuwait

The hotel was fantastic and its location was excellent; I didn't stay there but it's definitely a hotel I would choose again.

The hotel is terrible

Very poor old, uncomfortable towel hotel rooms with no Kofi machine, no koi, no slider
Lighting impairs their mindset for power cut-off
The restaurant is a treat with a little bit of food and drinks
One operating hotel and the other 2 holidays have gotten about 45 minutes to arrive( elevator
First time last time I stayed at this hotel

Do not stay here. Worst experience.

Genuinely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were filthy/not cleaned before nor during our stay. Stains on carpets, beds and everywhere. The bathroom floor and sink was very dirty. They did not give us towels, tissues or toilet paper. Black mold on ceilings and AC vents. Door to room did not lock/was broken. Valet service was unreliable/took too long to bring our car. We were not told where our car would be parked and whoever drove our car got us a ticket/driving violation.

Nie wieder!

Zuerst mal zum Positiven. Eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt und zum Teil freundlichem un hilfsbereiten Personal. Leider ist das schon das einzig positive an diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist von Aussen wie von Innen renovierunsbedürftig. Das Fenster in unserem Zimmer lies sich nicht mehr schliessen da es vollkommen verzogen war. Durch die anderen Fenster drang ebenfalls Wasser vom Regen ein, so das der Teppich darunter nass wurde. Auf den Teppich konnte man nur mit Finken, Schuhen oder Socken treten, da er so eckelig war. Die Türen liesen sich nur mit Kraft und viel Lärm schliessen, da. auch diese verzogen waren. Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig. Man konnte die nächtlichen Liebeesgeräusche der anderen Gästen sehr deutlich hören, so das man meinen konnte , man befände sich in einem Pordell. Kein Ort um Wohlfühlen.
