Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were great and they even gave me a room upgrade. Much appreciated and I will stay here again next time I'm in Kuwait.

Reasonable Low Rate Hotel with improvements need

Generally clean with very good staff . The general standards need improvement . Location is good with ample parking space close by in vacant lands. TV is very bad , not clear and very limited channels. Breakfast is good with variety of food served as buffet. So generally, it’s a good hotel for low rate but standards of amenities need improvement

Terrible Hotel – Avoid at All Costs
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
We booked an airport transfer for 6 people with 10 suitcases — the hotel confirmed it, then sent a tiny taxi that couldn’t even fit half our group. Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We were left stranded at the entrance at night, forced to pay triple for extra taxis ourselves.
When we complained, management refused to take any responsibility, blamed us, and offered no refund or apology. The attitude was arrogant and careless from start to finish.
Do not stay here. They’re disorganized, unreliable, and couldn’t care less once you’ve paid. There are far better hotels in Kuwait — this one is a disaster.

Helpful staff, clean, reliable, pleasant place. Good restaurant. Good English spoken. Helpful with airport taxis. Good value for money.
