excellent stay with great service

We had a great experience during our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We would like to thank the Front Office team, especially who checked us in and her manager, for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
A special thank you as well to Security manager Ram for his kindness, and great hospitality. Overall, every department—from Reception to F&B to Security to Concierge, helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Marriott associate for a wonderful experience! we will surely come back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐-Zoe

Awesome

Not my first time. Luxurious and homely. Located with Assima mall which makes life incredibly easy. Spacious and comfortable.
The F&B team is what this stay truly special. Mr. Roy the asst manager was informed of our dietary needs and he along with his chef Deepak, went beyond imagination to ensure that we were taken care of.
The sales team assured us that we would be taken care of, and Mr. Roy truly fell true on that beyond our expectations. The reason we did not think before booking here again this time.
Kudos to the management for maintaining such a wonderful hospitable environment right from the entrance, all the way to house keeping.

Spacious and well maintained apartment centrally located and next to Assima Mall

We had received an upgrade to a 1 room apartment. The apartment has a spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils. Self a washing machine including detergent. You have an indoor pool and gym and sauna. We didn't take advantage of that but looked neat.
The apartment is very well maintained.
The check-in was very fast. The staff was very helpful if we had any questions and very friendly.
In terms of location, the apartment is very central, next to Assima mall where you can shop, eat and go to the cinema yourself. You have ok keen supermarket which is open 24 hours. We did not eat at the hotel but once in the shopping Mall at Emilie. Very good and not expensive. You eat for 35 euros as a couple including drinks.
You can walk from this location to the Souq Al Mubarakiya (10/15 min walk) or catch a taxi for 4 euros. The taxi is not expensive in Kuwait so you can easily visit all the sights yourself. Everywhere the food is very good in Kuwait, not expensive and you have enough sights to fill a few days. We found it a very nice country and the apartment was perfect.
We will definitely be back.

Good to try.

The hotel is worthy to stay, the facilities are great and the staff is more than happy to help.
I appreciate Ms. Marjuri and big thanks for the guidance from Mr. walker.
The notes I have is the breakfast menu is not providing much options hope to have it expanded.
