Good location but difficult to find

On first appearance it doesn't seem particularly inviting as it is down a driveway and at the bottom of a Soviet apartment block but once you get inside the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is near the main attractions in Bishkek such as Ala-Too Square and Frunze Museum as well as the bus station. The staff in general were quite friendly despite a mixup over the day I was due to check out. I recommend this place but make sure you have GPS switched on on your phone when trying to find it.

Sewage water flood, dirty, rude

Dirty no reception just a cleaning lady to check you in. Paid cash upfront on the last night the shower flooded with sewage water all over our room. Host was rude blaming us and asking why we had our bags in the floor, electronics, clothes and personal items destroyed. No compensation! Room wasn’t even cleaned afterwards or sanitised the water was just wrung up with a towel. I asked the owner if we could get some money back as we had paid for an en-suite but the room we were put in didn’t have one - he refused. Lady who did the cleaning lived right outside the room behind a curtain which was quite off-putting. Host was extremely rude and unsympathetic, despite me sending him a video of the day we got there with walls that already had stains from water marks on them - as if this had happened before, (which of course he denied)…. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Raw sewage flooded room and no compensation!

Room flooded with raw sewage, owner ignored my texts after moving us to a room with no bathroom . Electrical and personal belongs damaged / contaminated and no compensation . Owner denied room had previous water damage but photo clearly shows there was . DO NOT BOOK this place.

DO NOT go

Owners terrible building old and mouldy cleaning lady sleeps outside the door behind a curtain. Mould and paint in the rooms bad plumbing room flooded sewage no apology from owner it’s cheap but find A DIFFERENT cheap accommodation than this horrible place.

Ужасный отель

Ужасный сервис! Заказывала одно, получила другое! Заранее бронировала номер в этом отеле, по приезду не нашла вход, когда позвонила уточнить, узнала, что свободных номеров нет, на мои возмущения предложили квартиру в другом районе, времени было мало искать другой отель, согласилась, поехала туда, с виду квартира казалось нормальным. Оставила вещи и поехала по своим делам, но сюрприз был вечером, когда я вернулась домой: тараканы ползали везде, маленькие и большие, пастельное белье блевотное, я не спала всю ночь, так как невозможно спать в таких условиях! Все полотенца мокрые висели на батареях. Это сущий кошмар! Не в коем случае не советую!
