Bien...Sympa ...

We got there as a family. The welcome is nice.
Pension decent with in the rooms separate toilet from the bathroom. The air conditioning works well and the rooms are spacious.
The bedding is okay, overall everything is clean in short a nice address with some small restaurants nearby

Ужасное отношение к клиентам/ Client unfriendly hotel

The owner is very client unfriendly and greedy, he made us to pay for 1 extra day, which we didn't stay there. I just paid since I didn't want to have a conflict with him. The service in hotel is satisfactory I would say, but the hotel itself is not very clean and doesn't look comfortable. So I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.
Отель весьма посредственный, странно построен. Обслуживание на троечку, но самое ужасное - это отношение клиентам. Вообще не рекомендую!

Excellent value, recommended

I’m currently here on my 2nd night before heading off tomorrow.
Super impressed with this quaint little hotel. Lots going for it:
Non smoking
Comfortable bed (double)
Bed linen and towels are so clean and fresh
Big room
Very clean and airy
You can open the windows for ventilation or use the a/c
Hot water
Fast wifi
Lovely garden to sit in
Excellent breakfast
Tea and coffee and hot water available 24/7 in the breakfast room
Friendly staff
Good value laundry service
Additionally I have found the location to be very good. Walking distance to Lenin Statue and the park, the bazaar (3.5km), Suleiman Too, Brio Coffee Shop, etc.
I would definitely recommend Eco House.

Typical Central Asia cheap hotel

The location is good - reasonably central, yet on a quiet street. The reception is helpful and speaks some English. They also gave me a SIM card for free, which was much appreciated. The public spaces look OK. The room was clean, and the bathroom was OK, the shower functions well and there is hot water. The complementary WiFi is usable, if slow.
The negatives are the rather hard bed (common throughout Central Asia), and the fact that the wall of the room which faces the corridor is mostly a large window, and the curtain is too insubstantial to cut out the light from the corridor, so you cannot get the room very dark for sleeping.
Also, there are no non-smoking rooms, and the smell of a previous guest's smoke lingered.
All in all, not bad for this part of the world, but we chose to move out the following day.

Excellent Osh accomodation

The outside of this place may look a little odd, but inside it is a another world. Large airy reception, very nice -large- room, good shower, great airconditioning. But best of all, after two tiring weeks in Tajikistan, the sucluded garden with the BIG shadow providing tree. This is really a fantastic place to unwind, and even when Osh is baking in the July summer heat, under the big tree it is great relaxing!
Breakfast is very varied, staff very friendly.
ATM, restaurants are nearby.
