Room clean, shower hot and full working air conditioning. Coffee and a kettle and good working fridge as I have meds that need to be kept cool. Breakfast buffet cover all bases, both local and western food.

Not happy with this experience :(

We can’t recommend this hotel.
The room was shabby and worn out. The walls were crumbling off so that the dust came off to the floor. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling. There was severe moisture damage in the room.
The Wi-fi was extremely poor. The breakfast was okay, even though my fried egg was completely raw (not just the yolk). I got a bad stomach bug after staying here, not sure though if caused by this specific place.
We had booked Queen-room, which was supposed to have a jacuzzi/hot tub. There was not enough warm water, so we couldn’t use the tub. We filled it up, and it turned out too cold to bathe in. Also, the bubbles didn’t work at all since the tub was broken, so there was either no bubbles nor warm water. Can’t really call that a hot tub.
We reached out to the staff about these problems, and felt like they didn’t care or maybe took it personally (?) They gave us a 10$ discount at the end, which given all these issues was not that much…

Was a quality place when first opened im sure, but a single lift, no rooftop bar staff and a Restaurant that closes at 4pm sadly marks this place down from where it should be 😟

Breakfast was fantastic. The pho and omelet made by the chef were absolutely delicious.
The room was cleaned, but ice was sometimes ejected when the air conditioner was on. I would like you to review it.

Great place to stay! Staff were very helpful, room spacious and comfortable with lovely hot showers.
A variety of traditional and western food available for breakfast. Good location, easy walking distance to restaurants and markets as well as central bus stop.
