Very good stay

We only stayed one night prior to our departure but the room was the size of my first apartment. We were very impressed with the complimentary breakfast service. The staff were really lovely. Very helpful and courteous. Even let us check out or our rooms a little late.

One day travel

Hotel is terrible, no room ready on check in, provided breakfast was cold except for the orange juice was warm. Only have instant coffee and the 30+ liter boiler was empty. Don't bother staying get at Phonthip Plaza hotel in Vientiane it socks.

A weekend of walking or not eating

rooms are nice enough although not finished and not ready for anyone to stay in. THe staff are untrained and really have no idea of what they are doing. The restaurant ran out of food! and when I asked for help to order a pizza they made it clear if I was not getting the food from there (they ran out of food mind you), they were not interested in helping. Taxi drivers out the front were clearly drunk and gambling. 5km walk to the shopping centre (even though they tell you it's 1km. Instead of having a relaxing time I spent it wondering when I was going to eat next.I asked for wifi login and got told I didnt need one which is clear that you did. Lesson learnt Dont stay here!

DO NOT STAY HERE

Upon arrival the staff barely acknowledged us and were incredibly rude. It took ages for them to check us in. There was no attempt to help me with my heavy bags up to the room. The room was basic - it had a kettle yet no mugs or tea bags? When I asked about the pool they directed me into a dark room without barely looking up, which clearly wasn't a pool. I went back to the front desk and they replied 'oh yeah it's closed'. My friend and I came here as a treat after weeks of backpacker hostels and wished we hadn't bothered

Unpretentious stay, fair price but far from the center

Good relation between price and quality despite it is far from the center of the city, the Mekong and the main attractions. Staff not really professional and quite lazy.
I wanted to pay with credit card but they asked to charge on my bill the fees cost... the total amount was low and I switched to pay cash but ehy... is it a professional service?
