Room was really nice. Breakfast was average. Like 90% pork which was annoying. Only hotel we stayed in Laos that provided no bottle waters.

The Hotel is well located. Has a Big and clean room.
What we didn't like:
They don't have water in the room, which is standard for most of the Hotels in Asia.
The breakfast was good, but not much variety.
That in our last day, we went for a walk in the morning, and when we went back to our room, at 10:30am, our key didn't work, even though the check-out time was at 12:00
Other than that, everything was good, and we could stay here again.

When I arrived the staff was nice and check in was smooth. I left my bags to go straight out into town, what I noticed before I left was that they were wet around the toilet, I thought maybe they had just cleaned.
When I came back after a few hours, there was a sewage smell in the whole room. I contacted the reception who first wanted to solve it with fragrance spray... I had to stand up and say that I wanted a new room, in the end I got it and it was the same room except they didn't smell.
Overall, breakfast good, location good, rooms? Should undergo a renovation..

Very good hotel close to the (non-food) night market. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful.
Only one downside: The morning coffee at breakfast was crap. Pro tip: Ditch the coffe maker and use instant in stead.. otherwise super stay!
