Nice stay

We spent 1 night in this hotel, have nothing bad to say.
Nice hotel for reasonable price. Room was clean and cosy, also spacious for our bernese dog.
Very good location.
Only thing..no hairdryer in bathroom

Very bad

Not too much to write. It is worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Breakfast is bad. Service..... there is no service. And the humour as well: I asked about the gym - lady at reception said "don't believe everything what is written"

Better stay in tent

Terrible rooms, no air in rooms, bathroom was not clean so as beds and bed sheets and towels. The worst stay of my life!!! Do not suggest anyone! The room did not have curtains, so that everyone could see everthing inside my room! Just terrible!!!

Just about lunch in hotel bar

As every cutlery in Latvia this place is safe and food is fresh and just prepared, but... Ok. It is good place for quick lunch, with very kind staff, but very basic menu and bar content oriented on local preferences. So If you want lunch, it is good place, if you want great experience of local food than you need to search for another place, but I am not sure that there are another place for next 40 miles.

A very economical place to stay.

I endeavour to get off the beaten track when travelling. Ludza fitted the bill and the hotel, though fairly basic, offered a good local experience. My room (#6) was huge. It was very economical as was the dinner and breakfast purchased separately. It was an interesting drive and the hotel added to my visit to the town.
