Very friendly staff. Receptionist very nice and helpful. Unfortunately didn't try breakfast .
Room was clean . We had very large room, living space with separate bathroom. Lovely bed and pillows had a really good sleep. If ever again in Rezekne will definitely stay with you again. Thanks

Terrible serviss
They didnt gave a room at 3 at night. They said come and we chek you in at 14:00. What is the problem give a room in night?

It was good in general
Everything was good, but there was very noisy by night-we heard every word and motion of our neighbours. Waiting for the warm water un the shower was quite annoying too.
But the staff is awesome, very kind and helpful. Despite some limitations due to Covid-19 pandemic, there was very friendly atmosphere.

Enjoyed time here, hotel has been maintained well. Desk staff were friendly & helpful. Room was nice for cost, had ample storage & space. All things worked well. Was clean & had enough supplies. Bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, desk/table & lights good. They even had a local persons magnets with pictures & a few other souvenoirs for sale, better than airport costs. Desk peole also helped with local information. The restaurant by the hotel was open plenty of hours. It is mainly a pizza place, but has a few other things. Has some games & areas for kids. Parking space was ok. Plenty of other City places close by. And a nice park 3-5 minutes walk. I would stay there again. Some things could be upgraded to be up to date with "latest" technology in rooms, but overall is good & sufficient.

Serves the purpose of having a bed, shower and a place to lock your door but not much else. They speak English which is a plus - but the neighbour was super loud (I don't mind noise but this was like no walls at all!) and it was really late.
Breakfast... I hope there will be something for me.
