Of full

First of all — disgusting water. Constant clogs, brown tap water, no toilet paper, no basic toilet brush. In three days they managed to change the towels once, and not even all of them.
Second, they demand a 100-euro cash deposit, and then for a single use of the minibar — a couple of waters and juices — plus asking for two coffees (15 usd) at breakfast, they shamelessly charged 122 euros! And at breakfast, which is supposedly included, they never warn you that coffee is paid. So don’t expect to ever see your deposit again.
Third — and this is absolutely unacceptable — they allow random people into your room at night. After we didn’t answer a call from reception at 2 a.m., someone still came and knocked on our door. This is beyond unprofessional — it feels unsafe.
Fourth, during our afternoon nap they simply walked in to “check the minibar.” A day before check-out they called accusing us of settling someone in the room next door, and then demanded we pay before departure. The whole experience is pure absurdity.
And do NOT take their taxi “service.” Use Uber — the rides they push on you cost 25–30 dollars, while Uber costs 5. When we were leaving, they even tried to make us write a review right in front of them. I refused — I’m not going to stay silent after everything we went through.
For the amount they charge, you can get a hotel of a much higher standard. And on top of all that, they add a mysterious 5% “commission” at the end for who knows what. This place is an absolute rip-off.

It's a horrible hotel and everything is cheated and strangers are allowed in and at night.

This is a terrible hotel!
Cheats on money and lets strangers in at night, never come here!there is horror!!!! Bring coffee for breakfast and then write into the bill, and very expensive!impose their taxi and charge several times more!sewerage there is practically no,washing is impossible, water does not run off but stands in the shower!can in the evening knock and check the minibar!take a deposit!terrible meagre breakfast and when leaving the hotel everywhere dirt and garbage!when leaving the hotel they ask immediately to write a review ,but we did not and after wrote everything honestly as in fact!never book this terrible hotel and do not live there!!

Not great

When I tried to pay for the room with my credit card I was told they only accept USD or pay a 15% fee using the card. Furthermore, the lifts didnt work, power cut off every few hours and breakfast was very average at best.

Very good location
