good hotel, but needs to be upgraded

avani hotel staff / team very friendly and helpful. the hotel is old and the room i was in was small. there was construction going on and there was a lot of noise and dust. dining is very slow - it takes too long to get food.

My Business Trip to Lesotho

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Avani hotel in Lesotho. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, friendly and professional staff, and the welcoming atmosphere. You should experience the wonderful views overlooking Maseru; it is magical.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the peaceful surroundings made the experience even more enjoyable. The food and service were also outstanding, with staff consistently going above and beyond to ensure that guests were comfortable and well looked after.
What stood out most was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail. The entire experience was relaxing, memorable, and exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend Avani to anyone visiting Maseru and looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again!

Best hotel in Maseru

If you require staying in a secure, well-guarded compound within Maseru, then this is the hotel to go to. Ample parking in a safe space close to the city centre. Rooms are well furnished and breakfast is good. Only comment is that the air-conditioning unit in the room could get a bit noisy.
