Satisfactory - met my requirements.

Location was ideal; atmosphere quiet - just what I needed, room - comfortable, appreciated the bathtub, could have done with a work area / desk. Good value for money; cleanliness was average, nothing offensive; noise level generally acceptable, only one incident in my 18 days; service in restaurant - not consistent. Overall - Satisfactory.

Loved our stay!

Warm friendly welcoming staff. Clean facilities. Great service. Food was delicious and fresh. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We also loved the ethos of the organisation and their support of the community. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Splendid location, friendly, neat and clean

The hotel is nicely situated very close to Pioneer Mall for some shopping and restaurants. There was a ladies match on the soccer field as I arrived which was great to see too! I was put in the Lucas Radebe room which was fitting seen as I'm South African Thank you for taking my luggage up the stairs. The room was well appointed. The fold out desk allowed me to get some work done. The WiFi was superb. The bed was slightly hard but that's a preference. It was huge. Aircon was stunning. Shower a little small but manageable. The rooms are not well soundproofed so you do hear all the noises but I just popped in some earplugs and was good to go. Would I stay here again. Definitely! Thank you.
