The rooms in the annex get very hot on sunny days. The restaurant closes really early on weekdays, so I have to look for food elsewhere. The parking place is located in a remote area.

Go to the Spa Vilnius Instead, for dinner and a room

Lovely and helpful staff, but the AC wasn’t working and it was too noisy to open the windows and the fridge didn’t work. They had no ice? We checked out and went to the Spa Vilnius which was excellent.

Nice at Druskininkai

Nice small hotel not far from the center. There is a small pool with a sauna. The staff mostly speaks English and Russian, apart from Lithuanian, except for the bartender lady. The restaurant offers a buffet-type dinners, where the food is nice. The breakfast was simple, but with enough variety of food.

Frustrated

Two weeks ago we, three generations, decided to visit this hotel. We wanted to book not only the rooms but the massage as well. The receptionist told us that there is the priority for coupons to use spa services and massage. Luckily, the next day we were informed that all five people could get the massage. Everything seemed fantastic but... one week before the visit they cancelled our five massages. We feel deceived, nothing similar has ever happened during our stays in lots of hotels. Certainly, we will visit Druskininkai - one of the nicest cities in Lithuania, we will stay in the hotel and, by all means, I will share my impressions about this 4 stars hotel.

Hotel doesnt care about quality... just nice photos but awful reality

The hotel does not fully correspond to the declared 4*, the maximum 2* corresponds.
The value of the coupon is 238Eur... and you will receive:
mini room, the sauna space is probably a bigger sauna at home in the village, the sauna is still tolerable, and the steam room, only one large or two girls can fit, 1 square meter room!!! whirlpool, the water can be seen standing for half a year, even green, and the most important thing is cold water, in a place where you should relax...
the breakfast is miserable, the vegetables seem to be the cheapest, chemical ones, there is not even a taste of tomato or cucumber, you will probably have more choice at home than here.
dinner is included in the coupon! do you know what you will get? - overdried turkey and pork, with a salad made from a packet of frozen vegetables and tasteless tomatoes and cucumbers, water for drinks! ONLY water! dream about coffee or other things - it is even written - only for breakfast, of course you can buy it... but the coupon says that it is included...
In short, the hotel should close for renovation, change the manager and the attitude towards customers, because people are being cheated now, the maximum 120Eur coupon is possible, because it is only a hostel. Of course, the bed mattress was comfortable :)
Don't get caught and definitely skip this place...
