Happy with the service
We always book directly from their website and take a half board packages where dinner is included (+2 glasses of wine and soft drinks for the kids). You can catch a fish yourself which is a nice entertainment especially with the kids. Tennis, boats, 1h of sauna included in the package and it cost only 215€ for a night (2+2 kids, family house). The family apartment is lovely (2 bedrooms and living room).
I always book in March for the summer weekend and by summer all the weekends are fully booked. Hence, I believe most of the people are happy with the service!

Way worse than before
When we checked in, no info was given about available facilities. We found out that all entertainment here is for additional price.
Rooms: terrible smell out of the bathroom, shower is clogged, shower gel was empty.

Needs improved service
On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and clean, which made for a good night’s sleep.
However, several aspects fell short:
• The reception service was poor — the receptionist was usually outside chatting with security rather than at the desk, so we had to go and find her whenever we needed something.
• The room had poor ventilation, with noticeable mould in the shower area.
• The QR codes in the room didn’t work, suggesting they haven’t been updated or checked in years.
• The bar closed before 10pm (around 9:50), leaving little to do in the evenings.
• The map provided was outdated, showing facilities that were closed, yet we weren’t informed at check-in (e.g. the lake bar).
Communication was lacking: only when I specifically asked did they mention what was included in our stay (like free bikes). Guests should be told clearly at check-in what’s included, what’s closed, opening hours, and the prices of extra activities.
Overall, it was an okay stay — the bed was clean and comfortable, and the area is lovely — but the service, facilities, and information provided really need improvement for it to live up to 4-star standards.

Restaurant and breakfast were excellent. We had our 2 dogs with us. No problem.

Time to renew, remake or improve
But the entrance to house 18 is completely ill-considered. The door opens in the opposite direction and you have to get down on the ground, which is inconvenient if you don't have a suitcase or don't even have one.
The water from the shower doesn't drain and spreads all over the bathroom.
Both bedrooms are on the second floor. And the toilet, unfortunately, is on the first floor. The stairs are steep - quite dangerous.
The mirror is only at the exit and is very bright. It could also be in the bedrooms where you get dressed (you can find a place for it on the walls).
The breakfast is very poor. The tables on the outdoor terrace are not maintained.
