Great hotel for visiting Vilnius

The hotel has spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom is very large and we even had a bath. The breakfast we got in the morning was delicious but unfortunately it took a while before it was replenished.
The most special thing is the location. Close to a shopping centre with plenty of dining options and within walking distance of the old town.
One great hotel for people who want to visit Vilnius.

Worst hotel experience ever. Poor breakfast.

Incredibly bad hotel. Smells bad. Rooms are not cleaned, only changed towels, terribly bad breakfast. It looks old and worn out, like being taken 30 years back in time. We lived on the 7th floor and there was a sound that was through the walls and created vibrational noise. Nothing to do with following the people who worked there. No will to change rooms. Have been at a 2-star hotel that has better service and cleanliness than this.
We ended up packing things and finding a new hotel for the night.

I have never experienced such poor service.

I stayed for two nights with a group of 21 people.
To summarize briefly; the air conditioning was broken, the room was not cleaned after the first night, the bathroom was not cleaned, and they did not change the dirty towels.
In the morning, breakfast showed other shortcomings. For those who wanted something sweet, there was only a small tray of pastries, and the machines for hot drinks did not dispense milk.
I have never felt so bad even in more underdeveloped countries.

Pretty good hotel

The room needs renovation mainly on the wooden wall and the moquettes.The bathroom very good.The breakfast is basic.The pool small

Soviet-Era Service and Terrible Management

The only hotel in Vilnius that still lives in Soviet-time illusions. The staff are terrible, and the management seems focused only on cheating guests out of money. The rooms and the property itself are absolutely not suitable for travelers — only for people who have no other choice.
I keep all the necessary videos, records and other documents as proof and for the history of the worst hospitality management.
