Quality in a nice and quiet area...

4 days enjoyed in a beautiful and very quiet area on the banks of the Sure. Excellent hotel: very friendly welcome, a nice, spacious well maintained room. Rather limited menu choice in the restaurant but top quality and beautiful presentation. Also rich breakfast buffet. Only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. In short, highly recommended.

Blissful stay on the Sure

Hotel is very nice on the banks of vd Sure. In good weather you can enjoy the peace and quiet outside and on the terrace of very good food. The service there was top notch (too bad it was our waiter's last night, he was great) and also all the other staff are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped, the balcony a fine added value and the breakfast tasted fine.

Never go in the summer

We had paid €460 for 3 nights but on arrival the room turned out to be a musty hole far too hot. We asked for another room first we could for €50 extra per night then again not and then we could book a huge room for €60 per night (manager tried to get €660 pinned lucky I just looked ff good). Honestly, a beautiful room is just like a sauna again, so no choice but to open the windows, now it's 3 am and we still haven't slept a wink because of the mosquitoes. I would never book this hotel again in the summer. In the winter maybe good. We have to stay two more nights at this hotel but we would rather ask for a refund tomorrow and get out of here quickly.

Bourscheid - Plage

Spent a weekend in Bourscheid. Good hotel and very well located, just next to the Sûre. Quiet and clean hotel, with excellent cuisine and polite and helpful staff

I don't want to set foot there again

I cannot judge the hotel because we stayed at the Bel-Air
but we went to have a meal on Thursday evening after reserving a table
we settled on the terrace and there were already several customers who seemed annoyed by the slowness of the servers; after all, we are on vacation and the weather is nice,
the server arrived at our table; we ordered a cocktail with alcohol and another without alcohol, and then he told me it was impossible, sir, there are only two of us, we do not prepare cocktails. Ultimately, the situation changed, and we still received our cocktails (which were bland); our table neighbors were getting a bit irritated because the gentleman who ordered a coffee at the same time as his wife's white lady was served 15 minutes before her.
the server was presenting the plates to the customers because he was not sure he was serving the right table.
finally, there was an error on our bill because he presented us with a bill from another table; we requested the correct bill and went to have dessert at the Bel-Air restaurant
I think I will not return to eat there again
