Great lunch during heat wave

Family run hotel&restaurant close to Ettelbrück/Diekirch.
Outstanding "jardin fleuri"/charming terrace
Excellent food
Tender, tasty rumsteak (rare/bleu) with delicious "Café de Paris butter", tomate provençale and gratin dauphinois.
Whole grilled fish (daurade) served with veggie-skewer an pdt grenailles/small potatoes.
Bouchée à la reine/vol-au-vent was a delight (creamy chicken in a crisp pastry )served with French fries.
Friendly service.
Table reservations are recommended.

A short stay at 38 degrees Celsius.

The Dahm Hotel in Erpeldingen was very pleasing to us. Everything is perfect. The location is beautiful. Beautiful and clean rooms. A good breakfast with fresh ingredients.
And last but not least, the people who manage the hotel. Friendly, guest-oriented, and helpful people. They spare no effort to please their guests. We felt very welcome. We dined beautifully in the lovely garden of the hotel restaurant. The price and quality of the food are just right. We would gladly come back.

Nice hotel, nice very helpful people. We ended up here unexpectedly because of car trouble and treated very well. Unfortunately we were too late to be able to eat there but hopefully we will come in the area again. Thanks again for the Good Service!

Wonderful stay

We were 6 for the motorcycle tour in Luxembourg and chose the Hotel Dahm because of the good location. What we were then offered was Culinary and service-wise very large cinema. The three-course menu in the evening already has a starry character, taste and visually perfect. Breakfast is small but nice, something for everyone. The service is very attentive and very friendly, top. But Mrs. Junker and her husband shot down the bird when they installed a new large TV directly on Saturday morning so that we could enjoy the international match in the evening, especially after they joked that the TV in the bar is quite small. Just great.
The whole hotel is very well maintained and comfortably furnished, but there is also a small criticism, air conditioning for the warm days would be desirable as otherwise it is quite warm in the rooms. Table fans are available but unfortunately they are not enough. We would like to thank Mrs. Junker and her employees again for this great stay. We can definitely recommend the hotel. Price quality ratio, service, friendliness all top.

Family owned hotel&restaurant which offers quality food, wine&service

Nice family owned hotel&restaurant.
Modern, clean place.
Plenty of free parking.
Friendly service from Nathalie&Rachel.
Very good set autumn-menu! Local seasonal specials. Great wine list.
Excellent price/quality ratio.
Weekdays they offer a "menu du jour"/lunch special.
Table reservation is mandatory.
Bon appétit.
